A nomad before he was a guide
Long before Morocco Tours Dream became a travel agency, our founder, Hmad Mouhou, called the Sahara Desert his home. Growing up as a true nomad in the Merzouga region, Hmad didn’t learn about Morocco from a guidebook.
He learned how to navigate by the stars, understand the changing sands of the dunes, and experience the deep hospitality of the Berber culture firsthand. The desert wasn’t just a place to visit — it was his way of life.
Our Journey
From Camel Caravans to 4x4 Adventures
Hmad’s journey into tourism started naturally over 20 years ago. He began by sharing his home with travelers, guiding them through the massive dunes of Merzouga on camelback. He loved showing visitors the hidden beauty of the Sahara, telling stories around the campfire, and ensuring every guest felt like family.
As travelers wanted to explore deeper into the mountains, valleys, and ancient cities of Morocco, Hmad adapted. He traded walking alongside camels for navigating the rugged terrain in a 4×4, expanding his routes to show guests the full, breathtaking diversity of the country.
